3. Intellectual Property
- All content, including logos, articles, images, videos, designs, and graphics, is the property of AfriWed Rwanda or its licensors.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without written permission.
- Vendors may provide content (photos, videos, text), but by submitting, they grant AfriWed Rwanda a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish and promote it.
4. User Responsibilities
When using AfriWed Rwanda, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when submitting content or vendor listings.
- Use the platform respectfully, without offensive, defamatory, or illegal behavior.
- Not misuse the site for fraudulent purposes, spamming, or copyright violations.
5. Vendor Listings & Advertisements
- Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, pricing, and services.
- AfriWed Rwanda is not liable for contracts, disputes, or transactions between vendors and clients.
- Paid promotions, advertising, and partnerships must comply with AfriWed Rwanda’s brand policies.
6. Limitation of Liability
AfriWed Rwanda is not responsible for:
- Any errors or omissions in content.
- Financial or contractual issues between couples and vendors.
- Service interruptions, technical errors, or third-party content.
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
7. Privacy Policy
